Q: Bulk Uploader?
It would be a huge time and life saver if we could bulk upload documents to a knowledge base. Doing it one by one is rough lol. On top of that, maybe it's just me because I'm new, but I can't figure out how to test the chat bot before adding it to my site. Any help with that?

We have an api for that https://charla.com/support/?article=23477-rest-api, you can use it upload the documents in batches. This can be useful if you're importing from other providers.
For testing the bot, you can just click on the simulate button on the inbox.
