Can Charla give AI responses pulled from chatgpt too? or any other chat AI , so the responses are smart and well searched to give to customers?
You mentioned that we don't need chatgpt api key for this, but how will charla get information from Chatgpt? or is this limited to only us training/feeding articles to charla?

Jun 13, 2025A: Hello, Yes we use ChatGPT internally, we use our own API key. All conversations are coming from ChatGPT ( augmented by the knowledge base and documents and webpages you provide).
