1. hyperlinks in chat are not visible in the mobile app - maybe because the css is set to the same color as the message background?
2. in android, even with pre-chat form activated, there is a start conversation button which, upon pressing starts the conversation, bypassing the form...is this anticipated behavior?
---**update: I fixed this, it happened because my pre-chat form got switched off...when I checked, all fields had been deleted and also my triggers had been deleted. Were you guys working on something today that caused some settings to be lost?
