Q: Change Ticket Time Zone from GMT to Pacific Time

Currently, all ticket replies are showing timestamps in GMT (e.g., 18:38 PM GMT).
I would like to change the time zone to Pacific Time (PT) instead.

Could you please let me know how to update this setting?
