Q: Clarification on using multiple codes for agency/reseller use
Hi Charla team,
I represent a digital agency and I'm evaluating Charla for white-label resale to multiple clients. I understand that one code is valid for unlimited sites, as long as they belong to the same company.
However, if I want to serve different clients (each with their own dashboard, branding, agents, and privacy), do I need to activate each code using a separate Charla account (with different email addresses)?
Or will there soon be an "agency/reseller mode" where we can manage multiple isolated client workspaces from a single master account?
Just want to be sure before buying multiple codes. Thanks a lot!

Sep 7, 2025A: Hello, Sure you can activate different clients under the same organization, but you will need to buy a code for each. Each client under the ogranization will be represented by a site, with its own AI Chatbot, Knowledge base, tickets, and widget settings.
