If I look at these two answers:

There is quite an severe contradiction. One time it is said, that it´s allowed to add customers to have them service thier own sites. In the other answer it says it is not allowed...

In your Privacy Policy there it says this (which would belong in Terms and Conditions):
"LTD Terms
If you have an LTD plan, your are entitled to use Charla on websites you own. You are not eligible to resell or invite your customers under your account."

Please clarify, and if using for websites of clients is allowed or not.
The Appsumo offer should clearly state if this is not allowed, as it´s kind of unexpected if you allow up to 40 agents!
