Q: Delay a response

Hey, Will there be a setting to delay responses? I usually only want to provide a pre-written response, and it should give a personal impression. If the response is always immediate, everyone will know right away that it's AI.

A: The bot response is already delayed by default by a couple of seconds. But usually the best practice is to share with the customer that he's talking with a bot, and to ask for a human or live agent if he needs further help.
