Q: Do you have API integration?

for example being able to update knowledge base docs, or access outstanding items in the queue, add to support tickets, assign agents, post internal notes etc. I'd also be curious if you can bridge conversations to other platforms if I built my own bot for example.

A: Hi, We do have a client side SKD and server side webhooks already built-in, they cover certain events like chat start and first message and widget visibility changes. However, if you have a specific use case in mind we can help you by extending our api and endpoints if needed.

That's great, could you point me in the right direction where the documentation is for the client SDK and webhooks? I'm especially interested in the support ticket area for REST API integration.

There is currently no REST API for the support tickets but we want to work with you to understand the use case and we can expose a similar API in the next release cycle.
