Thanks for your reply yesterday. I have more suggestions. I see that you suggested to somebody else to put this on your feature board, but it seems you don't update it? Everything is open, even important things like cc message etc?
-Can we have ability to copy a property; useful if we want to keep it more or less the same for another site
-Can we add ability to see live visitors in mobile app?
-There's bug in triggered messages where it says "type here" for reply, you cannot use space bar - only continuous text!
-For chat flows and triggers, may I suggest adding a couple more condition options such as if users first visit/second visit etc / if user from x country / this may open the way for more complex flows as charla matures i guess.
-Can we have ability to email transcript to visitor - now it's only agent right?
