Q: has the chat gone crazy¿?
so I have a chatbot on this site https://leadingwithenglish.com and I have spent a lot of time training the bot, giving it my full cv, what I do, how to handle sales, how to handle if someone asks about price
and sometimes it does an ok job, but sometimes it just gives the info. I have told the bot both in special instructions and in training docs not to give my info out, to always qualifiy the prospect and it it not doing it
if a person gives the bot info it forgets it
I am disappointed as since the one job it has is to be able to do wha tI ask it is not doing this
I have sent support a message but has anyone else found any tricks to help really train the bot well or ...
