Q: How are the codes functioning ?
I purchased two codes and redeemed but it's not clear for me how it works. What means to have 10 seats?

Oct 9, 2025A: A seat is basically a live agent. So 2 codes gets you either two accounts for two different customers (if you are an agency for example), each with 5 agents. Or it can get you as well one account with 10 agents.
