Q: How do we embed Charla via iframe?
I have Tier 1, and I am trying to decide if Charla is worth keeping for my use case.

I saw you saying that we could use an iframe in earlier comments, which is the main reason why I brought Charla, but I cannot find the iframe code anywhere inside the platform.
I already use TawkTo for free, but thought Charla could be worth paying for since it has a few more features.

Can you drop us a message on support@getcharla.com on how you would like to use it as an iFrame and the constraints you have and we will be able to help you.

I sent a message to support@getcharla.com (as you directed) and have heard nothing back for about a month... The main issue with using the "direct chat link" is that it loads another button to click, not the chat interface. They basically click once to get to another button to click... it's confusing. If you could just provide an "Open" version of the widget we can link to, that would do wonders!
Hello Sam, you can just append &open=1 to the direct chat url and it will open automatically when the widget loads
