cloudbeansQ: how to add a website ?
Hello,
I had this question "how to add a website ?" i think it's "New property" but whatever, i used this as my usecase to test the charla kb and chat so i went to https://charla.com/support/ and asked both in the kb and in chat, result is blank => https://share.zight.com/yAuN0emX.
Is it a bug to have no result?
We should have someting, at least "i didn't find any useful resource answering with accuracy, so i inform the support team and will get back to you by email" but having nothing makes feel like Jim Carrey in The Truman Show when he discovers the truth :)

Even a "No results" is not enough, imagine you see a collegue or your wife to ask something and you get a "No results" :) right, at the wedding, it was said for the best ad the worst... Thanks for the link i add in my favorites, in my case it will be wordpress so i guess i will install the plugin instead.
