Dear Charla Team

I am using Tidio and looking to replace it with Charla. What I need is a possibility that the customer needs to fill out the e-mail address, name and phone number, so I have it recorded and can call them back once I have time.

In Tidio I can create a form that is being displayed, but I haven't found anything like this in Charla, only a general message like "Please write your mail, phone number", but not fields where the user can insert these information and being stored. I see you have visitor information fields for phone and e-mail, but they are not filled. Can you advise if you have something like this how to use it?
