Q: imap integration

Can I add IMAP integration? I want to connect my company's email address, and when I receive a new email, a new ticket is created automatically in the app.

A: sure, this can be done please refer to https://getcharla.com/support/?article=252-setting-up-email-forwarding . We are not relying on IMAP though.
