Q: Issues while redeeming the code

Hello there, I hope you're doing good!

I purchased the codes couple days ago and I was facing an issue to activate them, when it asks me to provide the code I do and it redirects me to a registration page.

I already had a free account for testing out Charla, so I created a new account and to my surprise it's not a premium account.

I guess I'm in some sort of loop, I registered multiple accounts under the same coupon without any results, and also tried to manually upgrade the account and there's no direct way of just pasting AppSumo codes and upgrade.

Would you please help me out with that?
