Hello! I have bought one code to try out and it looks very promising. I just have one question so far; where can I find the 'send as'-field, as I cannot find it under the ticket section in the settings.

Also, a remark, it seems like our Facebook business page link is not connecting whilst Instagram is connecting, could you maybe assist in this as well?

And then, I have another request, do you have 'read and open'-notifications on the roadmap? I did not see the feature in the ticket available.
