Q: Multilingual website integration
I have a website in several languages.
1) Can I use level 1 for all languages? Does the chatbot respond in the language the user writes? Will I have to add a variable in the integration code that says language=en or something similar?
2) Can I manage different settings and knowledge for each language, or does your program handle the entire process?
3) For the knowledge base, is it sufficient to insert documents in one language, such as English, and the system will respond in all languages, or do I need to create separate training documents for each language?
Excuse me, now I'm afraid I misunderstood: I saw that the automatic chatbot isn't available on your main site. Now I have a question: can I set the chatbot to automatically reply to user messages, without my agents having to intervene? And why haven't you enabled it on your site?
