Q: Pricing
It seems like pricing is agent-based, but I have some questions
I'm mainly looking for a helpdesk and knowledge base, ideally branded for each brand, but with the same agents working on them. Can I do this, i.e., have multiple inboxes and identities and multiple knowledge bases?
I have lots of digital products and sites, and I want them unified so that I can work on them in one place with the same agents but distinct branding etc.
I think you have woo intergrations, what about fluentcart, EDD and surecart?

Apr 26, 2026A: So yea you can assign the same agent on multiple sites. We do have something called AI Chatflows, which allows you to connect to pretty much anything including WooCommerce.
Note that the license allows you to add multiple sites per voucher, as long as you own them. If you are purchasing for a customer site, you will need to purchase an additional voucher per site.

There all mine, this is for me and potentially staff one day, but I have dozens of sites where I need to manage support, and this seems like I could use, so are the KB and the inboxes distinct, i.e. I can brand them so
xxxplugin.com YYYplugin.com Feature1.com and it looks like they all have there own inbox and KB? I.m not overly woried about the AI features its traditional KB and Inboxes I want
