I am looking for a chatbot software that can answer questions for customers that visit my bookkeeping website and i will need it to be trained to answer any possible question that my customers might have about bookkeeping and my services.

On each plan it just says ai chatbots. Does that mean unlimited ai chatbots per website? Also where it says agents, does that mean actual people? Does my website have to have a Facebook integration to be able to install a chatbot on it or can I install the chatbot on my website without any integrations

Can these chatbot be used just to answer customer questions? I also wanted to make sure that I can input a list of questions and answers for the chatbot to use with customers when they ask the questions?
yea sure, you can add those questions in a private/public article, attach them in docx, or link a webpage if you have it on your site, and the chatbot will use whichever method you prefer.
