Q: real time data?
Do chat bots have the ability to base their response on realtime data defined in a custom api? For example being able to suggest or recommend upcoming events in a calendar that is constantly updated?

May 30, 2025A: Hello, Not currently, but you can have a page or a knowledge base article with this data, and you can retrain the bot on them manually, but yes you will have to trigger it manually.
