Hi there, I could be missing something but your AI does not answer questions despite having the website pages in its training data, plus an uploaded document with the exact answer included!

I am constantly getting

"I'm not sure about the answer to that. Would you like me to connect you to a live agent for assistance?"

On questions such as "what products do you sell" which is plastered all over the website and the training docs and even "what are your working hours" which is literally in the demo data.

I haven't had it answer any question successfully... is there some delay from training until it is updated or something? Can anyone advise?

For me, the AI chatbot is THE MOST IMPORTANT FEATURE.
