Q: Send background information

Hi,
I am planning to use this for support on Wi-Fi hotspots. Is it possible that when the chat starts to send some information in the background (like the NAS ID and some other info) without user intervention so that support technician knows where the chat was initiated from?

also, you "ticket" system does not send confirmation emails - can not log a ticket..
