Q: SOFTWARE BUG - CAN NOT UPLOAD MY OWN LOGO
I purchased Software Plan 1. The white-label feature should allow me to set my company name and logo for all outgoing email notifications, as well as customize the backend logo. Unfortunately, I’m unable to upload my own logo. Your chat bot wasn’t able to help me either, so I’m reaching out through this channel.
Is this a software bug?

Hello, The LTD plan gets all Premium Plan upcoming features (like we did with AI, Live Translations, and everything else). Whitelabelling however was never offered on the LTD or listed in the featurew list, as we are not currently offering agency plans on AppSumo (yet).
You're free to offer whatever you want, but then you MUST be clear and call it what it is. I see from how you have answered other comments on the same topic that you're not seeing your own issue here. YOU even talk about the LTD plan. If that's what you want to call it, fine, but then call it the same on the product page and don't suggest all PREMIUM plan updates are included when they are not.
