Q: Some Questions

Hi,

1. In the first tier, there are five agents. Are these five agents human agents working in live chat, or are they AI agents?

2. How many AI agents can be created/used with the first tier?

3.1. Each tier corresponds to a single AI agent, but with 5/10/15/... human agents in live chat?
3.2. Is it possible to have two different AI agents, one for sales (with four human agents) and another for support (with one human agent)?
3.3. Is it possible to integrate these agents with a CRM for lead capture?
3.4. Is it possible to create different AI agents per project? Also with specific human agents per project?

Please help me understand how it works.

4. Does each agent have its own integration with WhatsApp/Facebook/Instagram?

5. How does the WhatsApp integration work? Does it use the official API or a QR Code?

A: Hello,
(1) Human Agents.
(2) Unlimited, as long as you own those sites. If it's for a customer you need to buy another code per customer.
(3.1) The tier is not related to the number of AI Agents. The AI agent is only tied to a site.
(3.2) Sure
(3.3) You can use webhooks to sent the lead details to the CRM, more on that here https://charla.com/support/?article=16902-webhooks
(3.4) Yes, but per sites.
(4) Each site have its own integration with WhatsApp/Facebook/Instagram
(5) Official API. QR code method is a privacy disaster 🙂, its not supported officially by WhatsApp and requires sharing all your WhatsApp contacts and conversation data with an external service.

Hello, Yes they are per website.
