Thank you for the reply, I more so mean would a guest be able to access the chat on desktop to chat with me or a team member. Almost like an instant messenger or built in desktop messenger.

Hi David, ah okay, if you don't have a website, you can use the direct chat page link from the backend, this way customers will be able to chat with you from there
