Q: support ticket doubts
I am using it, configuring it and would like to know some information:
1 - How do I contact support?
2 - Can I connect my emails and receive messages and respond to tickets through my email or only by forwarding?
3 - Can I attach PDFs? I try and always get an error. It works fine with images.
4 - Can I translate the ticket template into Portuguese?
