Q: Tried contacting support but didn't get anywhere.
Went to your helpdesk and started an AI chat and it went around and around. I have a few issues that need attention as my chat is going nowhere and I dont know how to contact support. I think the software looks promising but I found some big issues
1) The images in my articles are not responsive and its causing the images to be super large and getting cut off from view when a visitor tries to read my helpdesk article.
2) The chat window is also cutting off images. This is also happening in your own support chat when you click on a article with a larger image, it's not responsive and gets cut off.
3) When I sort my helpdesk by parent category, it shows blank results since my articles are assigned to sub categories as they should be. Your software should know to show articles from sub categories when a user sorts by it's parent category.
