Q: what export featueres do you offer

an exciting deal with many great features. It's natural that not all apps will continue to operate, which is why regular data export should be possible. I don't see such a function. Ideally, I would prefer an API where individual tickets could be retrieved, and I would also like to be able to create new tickets or responses via the API. Another question is the option of using my own mail server. I use Amazon SES and would like to keep that.

(1) You can export all contacts, along with conversations and knowledge base. We just released the REST API available here https://charla.com/support/?article=23477-rest-api, tickets endpoint will follow

Thank you, Yehia, for your response. May I ask how prioritized the expansion of additional API points is? I am thinking about "post" for conversations and "post+get" for contacts. It would also be very attractive if orders and products could be uploaded with "post," so that we could work with them in the ticketing system as well.

It depends on the votes on our feature board really, if something gets many votes, we prioritize it. Can you share the use case for post conversations. Yes sure for the contacts, it's currently exportable from the ui, but would be great if there is an api for it as well.
