Hi, I use a chatbot for training students/interns , I want a chatbot with some customised screens which could lead to additional information eg. to a question Yes would lead to one direction or document, and No would be to another document etc, in additional I would like to capture the names of users or emails accessing the chatbot, can I control users or email addresses who would be authorised to connect or view the same?
We can likely help you with this through Custom Prompting. To give you the best advice and ensure we can meet your needs, could you please share the complete use case with our team at Support@Chatbotbuilder.net?
Once we review the details, we can provide a concrete solution and let you know exactly how to achieve this with chatbotbuilder.net.
we have the unlimited plan on app.chathub.gg, and there access to all the 4 AIs Grok, OpenAI, Claude and Gemini. But there is no API option, they say no API key is needed. Can we use that together with your app?
Unfortunately, at this time, chatbotbuilder.net does not have an integration with app.chathub.gg. Our platform requires you to use your own API keys for the AI models you wish to connect, as this provides you with full control over your usage and costs.
We understand this may be an inconvenience. We are always working to expand our integrations, and we appreciate your feedback.
Hi, Just want to get the benefit from your experience, if you can kindly explain which LLM or specifically LLM model is best for a support chatbot, considering both cost and quality of answers.
A: Hello. Choosing the right LLM is all about finding a balance between its intelligence and its cost. The models you mentioned represent the cutting edge, and it's essential to understand where each one shines. Here's a breakdown of the best models for a support chatbot.
- GPT 5 (OpenAI): The new benchmark for complex reasoning and reducing hallucinations. If your chatbot needs to handle intricate troubleshooting or process long customer histories with extreme accuracy, GPT 5 is the top choice, though it comes at a premium.
- Claude 4 (Anthropic): This is a direct competitor to GPT 5. Claude 4 is known for its incredible ability to reason and handle sophisticated tasks. It’s an excellent option for tech support or any scenario where deep, contextual understanding is a must.
- Gemini 2.5 Pro (Google): A very capable model with a large context window, making it great for understanding and summarizing long conversations. It offers a powerful toolset for developers and is a strong competitor to top-tier models at a more competitive price.
- Claude 3.7 Sonnet (Anthropic): A fantastic model that provides a perfect blend of quality and value. It's known for its contextual understanding and ability to "think" through problems, which leads to better, more reliable answers for a wide range of support questions.
- GPT 4o mini (OpenAI): The highly efficient, low-cost version of GPT 4o. It provides a great balance of performance and affordability, making it an excellent choice for handling a large volume of general customer inquiries.
hi byok or you included the credits? openrouter.ai integrated? instagram , telegram, whatsapp and FB messegers allow to integrate Chatbot Builder ai response? allow email suscribe with it? and any api integration finished on Chatbot Builder?
A: Hi there! Thanks for reaching out with your questions. 😊 I'm happy to help clarify things for you.
Here are some quick answers:
API Keys & Credits: Our platform uses a "Bring Your Own Key" (BYOK) model. This means you connect your own API key from a provider like OpenAI, to access the feature set available in your plan tier.
OpenRouter: Yes, OpenRouter.ai is fully integrated, so you can access a wide range of AI models!
Social Channels: Absolutely. You can integrate your chatbot with Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp, and Facebook Messenger.
Email Subscriptions: Yes, you can definitely use the chatbot to capture email subscriptions.
API Integrations: Using Zapier or Webhooks you can integrate with the tools of your choice.
I hope this helps! Which of these integrations is most important for your project?
Are these features available now? or a pipe dream? See Your response "Social Channels: Absolutely. You can integrate your chatbot with Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp, and Facebook Messenger." In another response you say "On the Roadmap"??? Please advise.
You can integrate your Chatbotbuilder.net account with multiple channels, including WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and Telegram to deploy your bot smoothly on these channels. You can also connect it to your CRM using Zapier or webhooks for streamlined operations. The Send API feature allows you to seamlessly pull data from external databases, enriching your chatbot's functionality.
Hi Adrian, the social channel features are live and you can use them today.
Some people asked if we plan on adding cname and we informed them that feature is on the roadmap.
But all features you see on the list above are live. You can test them out today and review the product.
Q: Mapped to the "basic" plan
All Appsumo plans are mapped to the basic plan. Typically then what happens here is that you'll add new features to the "pro" plan, and we'll get left with ... yes the basic plan that never gets updates again.
How can you tell me this is not going to happen?
It seems the only difference is branding removement. A feature that does not cost you any cpu/memory power, but for which $40 a month is charged (or now 10 discounted) - it might be your biggest moneymaker here.
Can you reassure is that the basical plan will not be a dead plan, like it often happens here?
A: Thank you for your inquiry and for sharing your thoughtful feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to express your concerns, as they help us better understand our customers' perspectives.
I want to clarify that the AppSumo plan is not an equivalent to a basic plan. It is a distinct, lifetime license that includes the core features of our product. We are fully committed to providing ongoing updates and feature enhancements to this plan.
The "Pro" plan is designed to be an optional upgrade, offering premium features and services that are separate from the core product. We have no intention of removing features from your current plan to make the Pro version more appealing. Our goal is to consistently add value to all our plans, not to diminish the value of any one of them.
We are dedicated to building a sustainable product and fostering a long-term relationship with our AppSumo community. Your trust is very important to us, and we are committed to earning it through our continued development and support.
We will build many new features, each new feature will either get added into your existing plan or be available as an addon.
Q: Could you please clarify the Branding Removal deal?
Is it $10 per month for the first 60 days, after which it returns to the original price of $40 per month? Or does it mean that if I accept the deal within the first 60 days of onboarding, I can lock in the $10 per month rate for life?
It’s $10 per month and you get locked in if you move forward in the first 60 days so if you pay monthly it’s $120 per year. The rate is locked in as long as you activate the branding removal feature in the first 60 days
Please let me know if you have any other questions but I wanted to make it clear to everyone that the discounted branded removal rate is locked in as long as you activate it within the first 60 days it will stick to $10 per month in the future.
Q: Enterprise version
Hi there! I’m currently evaluating ChatbotBuilder.ai for my real estate team and looking at the White Label Enterprise plan.
I noticed the Tier 3 plans are available on AppSumo. May I ask — is there any discount or special promotion for the Enterprise version through AppSumo or your official site?
I’m considering scaling this across multiple agents, so I’d love to know if there’s any offer or incentive for early adoption.
Appreciate your time and looking forward to your reply!
I appreciate your interest in our platform, chatbotbuilder.net. We appreciate you considering our product for your real estate team.
You are correct that our Tier 3 plans are available on AppSumo. However, for the White Label plan you can purchase the branding removal add-on at a 75% discounted price of $10 per month.
If your needs are more extensive and involve multiple add-ons, we would be happy to discuss a custom Enterprise plan available on our platform, chatbotbuilder.net. These plans are designed to be fully tailored to your specific requirements.
Please let us know which of these options you would like to explore further, and we will be happy to assist you with more details or schedule a call.
Thank you for your feedback. We chose the Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model for our lifetime deal to give you complete control and transparency over your AI usage and costs. This approach allows us to offer a powerful software for a one-time purchase. Without it, the unpredictable API costs would make a lifetime deal financially unfeasible. By separating our software's value from the operational cos
Would you consider a one-time payment to remove branding for AppSumo at a discounted rate? Most of us are interested in a lifetime deal rather than a monthly subscription.
We appreciate your inquiry. We currently do not have a one time payment plan available. However, you can get started with this feature today at a discounted rate of just $10 per month, a 75% savings.
Q: Crisp Integration
Do you have any plan to integrate your "Chatbot Builder" with Crisp in such a way that Crisp works at the front end of our websites and your Chatbot works just as a bot in Crisp so that Human Agent can get involved in any chat without even request from the customer. Example is Bot9. Because in your present configuration, human agents can not get involved until customer requests through certain command that he want to talk to an agent etc...
A: Thank you for the detailed question. It's a perfect example of a workflow we are actively working to perfect.
You'll be happy to know that we do have an integration with Crisp that allows our chatbot to work within their platform.
Regarding your specific point about proactive human intervention, you are spot on. While our current system often requires a customer's explicit request, we are actively enhancing our prompt engineering and intent analysis models. The goal is to allow the chatbot to perform smart intent analysis and automatically transfer the conversation to a human agent in Crisp, without the customer having to ask.
Your feedback confirms the importance of this feature, and we're making it a priority to ensure a seamless and intelligent handoff for a better customer experience.
Hi Team, While testing, Firstly, I observed an issue regarding the transition to a human agent. When a user requests assistance from a live person, the chatbot profile, identified as "Bot Name," persists even after the human agent has taken over the conversation. For a more seamless and professional user experience, I recommend that the profile be updated to reflect the human agent's name and image upon handover. This would provide clarity and build trust with the user.
Secondly, I have concerns regarding the "Powered By ChatBotBuilder" attribution. The specific wording might suggest a limited functionality associated solely with automated chatbots. I would suggest exploring alternative branding strategies, such as utilizing the company logo instead of the full website name, to maintain a polished and credible appearance.
A: Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We've passed it on to our product team, and they are actively working to include this in one of our upcoming product releases.
Is it like.. instances, of chatbot instances, right?
Can be on different domains, subdomains, just a different "chatbot knowledge base". Correct?
Also you said you used Anthropic credits on the free/trial. But alot depends ofcourse on the efficiency of your prompts, using it? I'm not really sure like how to calculate the costs. Do you have any idea or maybe have a quick calculator avaiblale.
Thank you for the excellent questions. These are very important to understand how the platform works and how to manage costs effectively.
Here is a breakdown of your questions:
What does "agents" mean? You are correct in your understanding. An "agent" in Chatbot Builder is essentially a single, independent chatbot instance. Each agent has its own:
Knowledge Base: A unique set of training data (e.g., website content, PDFs, FAQs) that it learns from.
Settings: Its own custom instructions, goals, and behavior.
Deployment: It can be embedded on its own unique domain or subdomain.
This means that with a plan that includes multiple agents, you can have a completely separate and distinct chatbot for each of your websites, each trained on different content.
Anthropic Credits & Cost Calculation You are right to be concerned about the costs, as they can be difficult to predict. The cost is not a simple flat fee; it's based on consumption, primarily the number of tokens processed.
A crucial distinction between our trial and the AppSumo deal:
Our trial at Chatbotbuilder.net uses our own Anthropic API key, so you are using our credits.
The AppSumo Lifetime Deal is a "Bring Your Own Key" (BYOK) deal. This means you will need to get your own Anthropic API key and input it into your Chatbot Builder account. Any credits used by your bot will be paid directly by you to Anthropic.
Here is how the cost is calculated:
How it works: When a user asks a question, your chatbot sends a prompt (which includes the user's message and the conversation history) to the underlying large language model (LLM), such as Anthropic's Claude. The LLM then generates a response. Both the prompt (input) and the response (output) are measured in "tokens." The total number of tokens consumed determines the cost, which you pay directly to Anthropic.
Efficiency: The cost is highly dependent on the "efficiency" of your prompts. Shorter, more direct questions and shorter bot responses will consume fewer tokens and cost less.
Cost Calculators: While we don't have a built-in calculator, you can use one like the Anthropic Claude Pricing Calculator to get a general idea. You would need to input your estimated number of input and output tokens per month.
Here are the key variables you need to consider for a rough calculation:
Input Tokens: The number of characters in the user's question and the chatbot's internal instructions.
Output Tokens: The number of characters in the bot's response.
Number of Messages: The total number of interactions you expect per month.
Since Anthropic and other LLM providers charge per token, you can use these calculators to get a good sense of your potential expenses by modeling different usage scenarios.
Yes, but.. I can prompt things; or my users can prompt things. But it's your chatbot that will eventually send the "ultimate" prompt, right? Say I have a 1000 pdf's indexed and 5000 pages via your chatbot, your prompt sends them all to Anthoppic? Or how do I have to see this? How is this efficiently managed?
No, the chatbot doesn't send all documents. It uses a technique called Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Your prompt is used to find the most relevant document chunks from your indexed data. These few chunks are combined with your prompt to form a concise query. This focused query reduces the number of tokens sent to the language model, which in turn significantly lowers processing costs.
Q: I need the chatbot to work on 200 of our sites, is this possible?
I'm considering purchasing ChatbotBuilder (whitelabel) as a Lifetime Deal. We have 200 physical store locations, and I’d like to deploy a separate chatbot on each of their individual websites.
Each chatbot should provide store-specific information such as:
Product assortment (varies per store)
Opening hours
Local contact details
Possibly local promotions
Would Tier 3 be suitable for this use case? Can I create and manage 200 bots with unique content, each embedded on a different store website? Or would I need Tier 5 (or multiple codes/accounts) to achieve this?
A: Thank you for your interest in Chatbot Builder and for considering the Lifetime Deal for your 200 store locations. This is an excellent use case for a custom chatbot solution.
Here is a breakdown of how our product can address your specific needs:
1. Managing 200 Chatbots: The good news is that you can absolutely create and manage separate chatbots for each of your 200 store websites, each with its own unique content. The platform is designed to handle this kind of data separation, allowing you to train each bot with store-specific information such as product assortment, opening hours, local contact details, and promotions.
2. Suitability of Tier 3: Based on the details you provided, Tier 3 would not be sufficient for your use case. Tier 3 allows for a maximum of 20 agents (or bots), while you need to deploy 200.
3. Required Tier/Codes: To deploy 200 individual chatbots, you would need to combine multiple codes. A single Tier 3 license provides 20 agents, so you would need four accounts with 10 Tier 3 licenses to reach your goal of 200 agents. Alternatively, you can get 1 Tier 3 licence and purchase addons for additional agents and training data in this account. This would allow you to create and manage a unique bot for each of your store websites.
The "whitelabel" feature and the ability to train each bot with unique content make this a very powerful solution for managing a large number of location specific chatbots from a single account.
I hope this clarifies your questions. Please let us know if you have any other questions or would like to discuss your specific implementation further!
Yes, the Italian language is supported. You can train your Chatbot Builder bot with Italian-language content, and it will be able to understand and respond to user queries in Italian.
Regarding integration with Crisp, I'd appreciate clarification on how the Chatbot Builder interacts with the Crisp frontend on my website. Specifically, if a user poses a question via Crisp, does the Chatbot Builder automatically respond? Understanding the workflow in this scenario is crucial. Thank you.
Thank you for your question regarding the integration of Chatbot Builder with Crisp. This is a crucial point, and I'd be happy to clarify the workflow.
The integration works by embedding the Chatbot Builder widget directly onto your website. It doesn't directly interact with the Crisp frontend widget that your users see. Instead, the magic happens on the backend through our Human Handover feature.
Here's the typical workflow:
A user interacts with your website and initiates a conversation with the Chatbot Builder bot.
The bot will attempt to answer their questions based on its training data.
If the bot cannot answer a question, if it detects a specific trigger (like a keyword for a support request), or if the user asks to speak with a human, the Human Handover feature is activated.
The conversation is then seamlessly handed over to Crisp.
At this point, the entire conversation history from the chatbot is pushed into your Crisp account. A new conversation is created, and you and your team will see the full context of the user's interaction.
You or someone on your team can then take over and respond to the user directly from your Crisp dashboard.
Essentially, Chatbot Builder acts as your first line of defense, handling routine queries and freeing up your team. When a conversation requires human intervention, the bot intelligently hands it over to your Crisp account, ensuring a smooth transition and that your team has all the information they need to assist the user.
I hope this provides the clarity you were looking for! Please let us know if you have any further questions.
A: Thank you for your question. It's a great one and helps us clarify how our deal works.
We do not include a "default" or pre-paid AI model with this AppSumo deal. Our approach is to offer a "Bring Your Own Key" (BYOK) model.
Here's why we've chosen this route:
You're in Control: This gives you complete flexibility to use any of the supported AI models you prefer, such as the latest versions of GPT, Claude, or others.
Cost Transparency: You only pay for what you use directly to the AI provider (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic), avoiding any hidden markups or usage limits on our side.
Future-Proof: As new and improved AI models become available, you can immediately switch to them without waiting for us to integrate them into a pre-packaged deal.
This allows us to focus on building the best possible platform for you, while giving you the freedom to choose the AI model that best fits your needs and budget.
Thank you for the suggestion. We are actively exploring an integration with Staico and will be sure to share an update with you soon.
Q: I did a test on your website with free/trial
I didn't provide any API keys. Which model are you using there?
It is quite good and we were surprised by how smart it was.
It did have some weird bug indexing an opencart site, looking like : index.php?route=product/product&product_id=627544
---
I also advice you to have some cname/white label promises for example: take tier3 now, and you can upgrade to agency later for $100 when we're ready. Something like that.
A: You are correct; for our API implementation, we specifically use models higher models from Anthropic, such as the Claude series or from OpenAI.
Regarding your suggestion for CNAME/white-labeling, I am pleased to share that this is a feature we are currently working on. It will be introduced soon to provide our users with more branding flexibility.
We are also still actively investigating the OpenCart indexing issue you reported and will be sure to address it. Your input is extremely helpful as we work to improve the platform.
A: Thank you for the recommendation. I will share this with our product team to explore a potential future integration between Straico and ChatbotBuilder.net.
Thank you for sharing your recommendation with us. We have raised this to our team, and we will get back to you once we have a concrete update from the team.
A: Thanks for your question. No, the coupons are not stackable. Each coupon is valid for one account only. Since you already have Tier 3, you would not be able to apply another coupon to your existing account. Let us know if you have any other questions.
I see you have intercom and crisp integration. However, I don't want another monthy program. Can we take over the chat in real time from Chatbot builder? I would like to do a lot of the customer service within chatbot. Send emails and take over the chats in real time.
A: Thank you for the excellent question. I completely understand your goal of consolidating tools and managing customer service from a single platform to avoid additional monthly fees.
To answer your core question: while our platform doesn't currently have a built-in live chat inbox for real-time human takeovers, this is one of our most requested features. I can confirm that a native "Human Takeover" functionality is a high priority on our product roadmap. Our goal is to provide exactly what you're looking for the ability to seamlessly transition from bot to human within our dashboard. The existing Intercom and Crisp integrations are our current solution for users who need this functionality immediately.
Regarding your other requirements, you are absolutely on the right track:
- Customer Service in Chatbot: You can automate a vast range of customer service tasks, answer questions, and guide users directly within the bot. - Sending Emails: Yes, you can configure the bot to automatically send email notifications (e.g., to your team with a lead's details, or a confirmation to a user) based on specific actions. This is a native feature.
In summary, many customer service and email functions are already built-in. The native live chat takeover is a key feature we are actively working on to make our platform the all-in-one solution you're describing.
This feature is on our roadmap for a future product release. We're still in the planning stages, so we haven't finalized how it will be packaged for our existing customers, including those on a Lifetime Deal. We will announce all the details once they are confirmed.
Q: Whitelabel dashboard for agency
Do you offer any white label agency plan with a dashboard for clients to access under our brand?
A: Hey There. Currently, we don't offer any white label agency plan with a dashboard for clients. Could you please share more informaiton about your requirements, and we can see how those can be met using chatbotbuilder.net.
It would be a white labelled cname address my clients can go to and see their info in your dashboard. My agency dashboard would house all the separate businesses as a list I can pick the client I want to individually to look in their account & get stats etc.
Sure, full agency whitelabeling we dont have right now but if you get tier 3 and then get branding removal then you would be able to add the content to a customer website and no domain would be visible. Does that work for now?
Thanks for your prompt response. So how would then work as regards Agents, Team Members, Messages per month, and Training characters per agent (assuming we use our own keys)? In other words, how scalable is it as an service offering?
Excellent question. Our AppSumo deal is designed to be highly scalable. The three tiers provide a clear growth path for agents, messages, and training data. Crucially, if you reach your plan's limits, you can purchase additional 'limit packs' for any resource (like messages or agents) at any time. These add-ons are always available at a special discounted rate for our AppSumo users.
To be a true white label solution for an agency we would need to give some kind of dashboard to our clients. They are going to want to see the conversations etc. to know what they may need to address further.
In the long run we will add this, right now it will have to be send as a weekly manual update to clients or you can add them as a user to the account in tier 2 or 3?
It's a deal breaker for me. Without CNAME and the ability to customize it to our own agency brand, this tool becomes useless for anyone working with clients.
We are working on agency features like cname and reporting for clients, this would require some time until they’re live but in the meantime, try out the product and share any feedback. If you like it and are comfortable waiting a little bit until the cname and reporting features are built by our team then we would be a good fit.
We are actively working on introducing this feature into our product. We will keep you informed of all updates regarding its inclusion.
Q: Image Vision in Instagram bot and messages per hour
Hello, whenever someone uploads a picture to Instagram, an automatic message appears that image recognition is not supported. Question is whether image recognition will follow and whether I can prevent this automatic message from being sent.
My second question is whether a function will be added to manually set the messages that can be sent per hour. 25 as a minimum is a bit too much for my purposes.
Thanks for reaching out with these excellent questions.
Regarding image recognition for Instagram, you're right – it's not currently supported, which is why you're seeing that automatic message. We're actively working on bringing image recognition capabilities to our platform, and this is high on our roadmap. Once this feature is available, you'll naturally have more control over such messages.
As for manually setting the messages per hour, we understand that a minimum of 25 might be too much for your current needs. Providing more granular control over message limits is also something we have firmly placed on our roadmap.
Q: Training Chatbot

Q: Best LLM Model for Chatbot
Hi,

$480 per year just for branding removal? This devalues the Appsumo offer.

Aug 7, 2025A: Hello there,
I appreciate your interest in our platform, chatbotbuilder.net.
Best regards,
Akshay

Aug 11, 2025A: Thank you for the detailed question.

Q: Bot Profile
Hi Team,
While testing,
Firstly, I observed an issue regarding the transition to a human agent.

Q: What does "agents" mean? Anthropic credits
Akshay_ChatbotBuilder
Aug 6, 2025A: Hello,
Thank you for the excellent questions.
Anthropic Credits & Cost Calculation
You are right to be concerned about the costs, as they can be difficult to predict.
Share Chatbot Builder
Thanks in advance!
Akshay_ChatbotBuilder
Edited Aug 6, 2025A: Thank you for your interest in Chatbot Builder and for considering the Lifetime Deal for your 200 store locations.

50 at Tier 3? I read 20?
I apologise for the confusion here. It's 20 agents in 1 Tier 3 plan.
Q: Italian Support
Hi, is the italian language supported?
Akshay_ChatbotBuilder
Aug 6, 2025A: Hello,
Yes, the Italian language is supported. You can train your Chatbot Builder bot with Italian-language content, and it will be able to understand and respond to user queries in Italian.

Q: Crisp Integration
Regarding integration with Crisp, I'd appreciate clarification on how the Chatbot Builder interacts with the Crisp frontend on my website. Specifically, if a user poses a question via Crisp, does the Chatbot Builder automatically respond? Understanding the workflow in this scenario is crucial. Thank you.
Akshay_ChatbotBuilder
Aug 6, 2025A: Hello,
Thank you for your question regarding the integration of Chatbot Builder with Crisp.

Q: Is the Default AI Model not included for AppSumo?
Akshay_ChatbotBuilder
Aug 4, 2025A: Thank you for your question.

Sadly, all the AI models are unavailable in my country. Straico is my only option.
Thank you for the suggestion. We are actively exploring an integration with Staico and will be sure to share an update with you soon.
Q: I did a test on your website with free/trial
I didn't provide any API keys. Which model are you using there?
It is quite good and we were surprised by how smart it was.
It did have some weird bug indexing an opencart site, looking like :
index.php?route=product/product&product_id=627544
---
I also advice you to have some cname/white label promises for example: take tier3 now, and you can upgrade to agency later for $100 when we're ready. Something like that.
Akshay_ChatbotBuilder
Aug 5, 2025A: You are correct; for our API implementation, we specifically use models higher models from Anthropic, such as the Claude series or from OpenAI.

Q: Stacking?
I already have Teir 3. Are these stackable?
Akshay_ChatbotBuilder
Aug 4, 2025A: Thanks for your question. No, the coupons are not stackable. Each coupon is valid for one account only. Since you already have Tier 3, you would not be able to apply another coupon to your existing account. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Q: Hand off to human
I see you have intercom and crisp integration. However, I don't want another monthy program. Can we take over the chat in real time from Chatbot builder? I would like to do a lot of the customer service within chatbot. Send emails and take over the chats in real time.
Akshay_ChatbotBuilder
Aug 2, 2025A: Thank you for the excellent question.
Thank you again for your valuable feedback.

is this "Human Takeover" functionality going to be included in the LTD offers here on AppSumo?
This feature is on our roadmap for a future product release. We're still in the planning stages, so we haven't finalized how it will be packaged for our existing customers, including those on a Lifetime Deal. We will announce all the details once they are confirmed.
Q: Whitelabel dashboard for agency
Do you offer any white label agency plan with a dashboard for clients to access under our brand?
Akshay_ChatbotBuilder
Jul 29, 2025A: Hey There. Currently, we don't offer any white label agency plan with a dashboard for clients. Could you please share more informaiton about your requirements, and we can see how those can be met using chatbotbuilder.net.
Share Chatbot Builder
It would be a white labelled cname address my clients can go to and see their info in your dashboard. My agency dashboard would house all the separate businesses as a list I can pick the client I want to individually to look in their account & get stats etc.
Hi Akshay. How would you envisage a white label service working using Chatbot Builder?
Verified purchaser
It's a deal breaker for me. Without CNAME and the ability to customize it to our own agency brand, this tool becomes useless for anyone working with clients.
We are working on agency features like cname and reporting for clients, this would require some time until they’re live but in the meantime, try out the product and share any feedback. If you like it and are comfortable waiting a little bit until the cname and reporting features are built by our team then we would be a good fit.
Verified purchaser
Is this feature included in any tiers when it launches?
We are actively working on introducing this feature into our product. We will keep you informed of all updates regarding its inclusion.
Q: Image Vision in Instagram bot and messages per hour
Hello, whenever someone uploads a picture to Instagram, an automatic message appears that image recognition is not supported. Question is whether image recognition will follow and whether I can prevent this automatic message from being sent.
My second question is whether a function will be added to manually set the messages that can be sent per hour. 25 as a minimum is a bit too much for my purposes.
Akshay_ChatbotBuilder
Aug 3, 2025A: Hello!
We appreciate your valuable feedback!
