Q: This is with reference to my earlier questions and your subsequent replies:

After your so-called "fix", the situation is either the same in some areas or gotten worse. BYOK's not working at all but sometimes your keys are and:
• no lead collection is happening at all
• my fallback scenario is not being followed
• deprecated models remain as they are
• the bot is still facing heavy "influx of requests"

Not one area has improved after you "sorted things out", but some more areas have gone down for sure. I was still sticking around because the UI seems so polished and the features are so well thought out. But pray tell me, what good are a polished UI/UX and gr8 features if the core of the platform is functioning at a poor subpar level or not at all?

To add icing to the cake, earlier I saw that tier4 will provide branding removal, and now I see that that is off the table 🤷. Seriously?

1. Lead collection & fallback not working: In most cases, this comes down to how the prompt or instructions are structured in the bot configuration. Even small variations in how the instruction is written can impact whether the model follows it consistently. We would really like to take a closer look at your specific setup to fix this properly. Could you please share your account email with us at [email protected]? Once we have that, we’ll review your bot configuration directly and help you get this working as expected.

2. Deprecated models concern: You’re right to expect up-to-date models. We do actively support and provide access to advanced models such as GPT 5.4, Claude Sonnet 4.6 (https://monosnap.ai/direct/jrUkTiNcLldgYMgAo8Vvaa2AH91efR), and the latest options from major providers. Additionally, when you select Auto Model Selection, the system dynamically uses high-end models (from OpenAI, Gemini, etc.) based on your selected goal (https://monosnap.ai/direct/rBmoVAr00PqlwapkLq0k92GwAhGgFt):

A. Balance
B. Cost Saver
C. Superior Responses

We also continuously update model availability, so this is something we actively maintain.

3. Influx of requests issue: This shouldn’t be happening consistently, and it’s not expected behavior. To properly diagnose this, we need to check whether it’s:

A. Related to credit usage
B. Account-specific configuration
C. or something else at the system level

Again, if you can email us your account details, we will investigate thoroughly and resolve the issue.

4. Branding removal confusion: I understand how this added to the frustration. There was some earlier confusion around this, but we’ve already worked with the AppSumo team to correct it. Branding removal is not included in Tier 4 and is available as a separate add-on.

I hear your concern about the gap between UI and core reliability, and you’re right, the core has to work flawlessly. That’s exactly why I’d like to get your specific case in front of our team and fix it properly rather than give a generic answer.
