Customer support is boring but essential, I want to make it fun!

I am a builder and an entrepreneur. I build products that small business owners need to succeed, from accounting and customer support to sales and marketing. One of the problems I found very difficult to ignore is customer support. At the early stage, you need to be closer to your customers than ever, but due to time zones and other activities, you might not be able to stay online 24/7.
