TL;DR There's much more to Chatmatic than just the application itself. Ignore the rest of the ecosystem at your own risk.

I've been a customer of Chatmatic for almost a year now. I pay annually for it and I'll continue paying annually for it. I saw this deal and thought I'd grab an account in the event I need to segment clients (reporting reasons, service offerings, etc). I've built numerous workflows in this tool & I have many currently running.

▶ I'm telling you this so you know that my opinion is based on actually using Chatmatic; It isn't shelfware for me.

I'm not here to discount anyone else's experience with Chatmatic, just to provide my own.

🌮🌮🌮 Pros:

🌮 Chatmatic works. Errors I've run into have always been mistakes I'm making (such as leaving a required field blank)
🌮 Support is great. I've opened a few tickets over the last year & Trent in support always saves the day.
🌮 The Facebook group is awesome. Seriously, if you don't join the group, you're missing out on a lot of value.
🌮 They've built a template marketplace inside Chatmatic!
🌮 Travis seems to care a lot about the success of his users. I'll touch on this more a little further down, but this is likely the most valuable part of the entire app/relationship.

⚠ Cons:
👉 The UI has never bothered me, but there is room for improvement. I'm excited about the upcoming UI enhancements Travis has mentioned in the group.
👉 I'd love to see search functionality added system-wide.
👉 I'd also love to see folder structures brought to the workflows area.

I follow Travis on Instagram & Facebook. I read the Facebook group daily. I have never followed another application owner that seems more interested in the success of their users.

This deal is really good and I imagine will be one that people will regret missing out on. I'm excited about the future!
