The Most Dishonest Vendor Ever to Grace Appsumo
This vendor had tried to force LTD purchases from AppSumo to buy their own $800 LTD ("deal"..yeah right)... And Appsumo stepped in, defended its customers, and these guys relented. Then they started sneaky things like reducing the number of models you prompt simultaneously from 6 to 4, and then they did the classic "Failure to Upgrade" to the latest version of each.
They are at it again. They have locked us out of our accounts.
On TrustPilot, they answered a complaint with blaming Appsumo for all their woes.
Anyone who has gone through rug pulls before knows how Appsumo has been over and above it's own "Got Your Back Policy." The company has taken significant hits to cover us for losses. We couldn't ask for a better marketplace vendor.
This vendor is horrible and should not be trusted. If you're reading this as part of your due diligence to determine whether you should buy an LTD from ChatPlayground - Don't. Look at their record. Why would anyone in his right mind pay hundreds of dollars to a disreputable vendor who breaks contracts and leaves its own customers without the product they paid for?

Complete downgrade of AI models – No longer worth it - Almost a scam
After an initial period where Chat Playground worked well, living up to its presentation and expectations, the quality of its services has gradually deteriorated. Today, it has become practically unusable, if not completely, at least for the most part.
I'm talking about the level of the AI models provided, which has been silently downgraded step by step. Now, the specific versions of the AI models have been replaced by a generic "latest model" label. In reality, this is just a vague description masking a total downgrade.
To be clear: previously, you could select and use Claude Sonnet or even Opus. Now, hidden under the "latest model" label, you get Claude Haiku 3.5. So, not only is it the lowest tier available, but it's even an obsolete version.

We no longer have the lifetime deal and no refund was made to may account. Essentially, this is thievery on the part of the app developer. I try to input my email and it has no record of me ever having an account. Such a shame and dishonest on the part ChatPlayground.
