#1 The site constantly freezes on me when trying to view and edit the transcript. The audio may continue playing but I can't do anything else. The timer isn't moving so I have to guess where I need to go back to.

#2 Does a bad job with multiple speakers. When the audio switches to another person, the last couple of words from the previous person are set into the next speaker. Requires A LOT of editing.

#3 I have a lot of editing to do and the editor is hard to work with. In order to move around the transcription you have to make a change and then save and go back. That is not an efficient way to do it.

#4 The site had previously advertised that you have the ability to change the speaker ID and collapse blocks while editing. Those are features I absolutely need at this point with these recent transcriptions and they were removed.

#5 Other transcription programs give you the option to skip "Mhmm" and "Ahh" mumbles.

It is a tool with several areas for improvement, but the range of functions it offers is impressive. From creating meeting minutes with a prompt and interacting with transcriptions to obtain notes and proposals, to other features, I really love the tool. Additionally, it includes an option to group multiple transcriptions on a topic and use artificial intelligence for in-depth analyses.

Areas for growth: a configuration that allows me to customize my account and a space to organize my transcriptions into folders. They are doing very well—thank you!

So my main purpose for getting this is so that I can translate my videos into the local language of where my vlogs occur. I trust it is at least 80-90% accurate, still waiting for the videos to gain traction to see what the comments have to say. There were some issues with it specifically when it came to the document upload I'm not sure if that's a user or key issue however.

After intense updating and continuous improvements, the application is working very well, of course there is room for improvement, as the team is attentive and hard-working. Congratulations, keep up the great work. I love using ChatScribe Pro

I haven't had the opportunity to use it very often, so I am still getting to better know the application. It works quite well, but in my case it needs supervision and editing, as sometimes it skips some sentences and/or dialogue without indicating, for example, "here there is a part missing because the recording wasn't clear or loud enough". This is a little annoying, as it forces me to listen again to the whole recording in order to check whether the important parts have been transcribed. Which makes the job potentially longer than taking notes and writing a recap "the old way". Once corrected this, the application could be really useful and help saving a lot of time
