Q: Missing Features: Buyer Intent, Sales Intent & Atlas Access

I purchased the Clodura.AI LTD via AppSumo. The deal page explicitly listed Buyer Intent, Sales Qualified Intent (hiring signals, job changes, RFPs, etc.), Technographics, Org Charts, and Cadences as included features — not optional add-ons.

These features are now gated behind paid subscription plans, which directly contradicts the deal terms, especially the "All future plan updates"...

Q: My AppSumo Plan has disappeared from account

I haven't logged into Clodura in a while, but went in to download some accounts for a campaign and it is showing my account as the 'Free Forever' plan with 100/credits a month, instead of the 1000 credits a month plan I purchased. How do I get this fixed?
