I think AppSumo is supporting too many scammers to the point of becoming one themselves. No refund or credit of any kind simply because it is a few months over their 1year guarantee period. They certainly have a knack for picking bad apples to gift-wrap for us.

I was trusting this app would last, since it was developed by an established company and it was a very good product; however, it will shoot down soon. Now I wonder what guidelines I should follow to buy an app :(

Cloudpresenter worked well for 9 months or so, then it became clear they were having issues as we experienced a number of technical glitches. Then yesterday out of the blue we got an email telling us 'It is with a heavy heart I bring you the news that as of 31st Oct 2024, we will be sunsetting Cloudpresenter. This was never part of the plan, but sadly we have been provided with no other option.‍'

So this is our 3rd LTD to collapse in 2 months. That is it - no more LTDs here. We are 'sunsetting' LTDs. Goodbye.

This is increasingly becoming a recurring issue with LTD products. I just received an email that they will close this service in less than three weeks. A deceptive entrepreneur masquerading as a legitimate businessperson. Who will be next?

Have purchased the highest Tier5, due to the option for 480 minutes of webinar duration, as we have small groups in webinars, but some of them can last all day. Especially if you work rather irregularly in different group scenarios, the simple configuration options for a browser environment are very helpful - who doesn't have that experience with well-known other products that just before the meeting everyone has to update their apps and you spend the first half hour with technical support.

Will now gradually incorporate this into our learning and webinar offerings, but it definitely already has a permanent place for all future online meetings.
