2. Not currently. You must have editor access to make it work reasonably across different domains though.
3. Yes, this is possible by creating multiple workspaces. This feature is available after signing up.
4. It's possible to customize the WordPress integration, but we don't offer a native way for it to search posts right now. It might be possible to build your own integration, though.
