2 - the $19/1000 MAU offer, this will be available for the lifetime of your Appsumo deal (so infinity years we hope).
Is there any limit of the number of additional MAU we can purchase? Say I want to buy 100,000 user after buying the LTD, is that possible?

Downgrading should most likely be possible, but only until a certain point.
