Q: Seems confusing, how is your onboarding and support?
Reading at the product description I am even more confused than I was before reading it. Generally, I think of the products to help get some type of worries of your shoulders, but your tool seems like I have to go back to school to learn how to use it and set it up.
So my question is how easy it is to setup, what kind of onboarding do you offer and what is the support policy?

As an example, if you were a news site and a user read 15 stories and hit 25 pages in a session, that still counts as a single session. Q: IAB TCF v2.2 CMP
I'm a publisher considering Concord. Does Concord use the IAB Consent Framework? I need to know this to determine whether any additional implementation would be required for consent management when displaying ads.

Sep 13, 2024A: Thank you for the interest and question. This is in progress but hasn’t been fully completed just yet. There are a few steps that include external dependencies, like the final check mark from the IAB, but we have formally filed and paid the IAB CMP dues and do expect this to be finalized in the next few months.
