Yes, Consently works with PrestaShop v9! It's platform-agnostic, so you just add our script to the <head> section of your theme and it's good to go.
Regarding orders being blocked: this is likely caused by the cookie auto-blocking feature affecting essential cookies used for cart and checkout functionality. Make sure your cart/session cookies are categorized under "Essential" in the Cookie Manager, as essential cookies are always allowed and won't be blocked regardless of consent.
