Q: Youtube, IFrame
Hello,
I would like to know whether blocking YouTube videos, iFrames, etc., is included by default in Consently, and if a corresponding banner is shown when access to the iFrame is blocked.
I am also very interested in understanding how Consently handles this. Do I need to make changes to each iFrame individually, or is this done automatically?

Great question, and thanks for reaching out.
By default, Consently blocks iframes from major platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Google Maps, Spotify, Vimeo, Instagram, and Twitter/X. You can easily manage these settings from the Cookies & Scanner section—I've included a screenshot for reference: https://s.10m.io/DQyJMLw2
When you run a cookie scan, Consently identifies not only cookies but also the iframes and scripts present on your website. This allows you to selectively control which iframe scripts remain blocked until a visitor gives consent.
For a deeper dive into how iframe blocking works, feel free to explore our documentation: https://help.consently.net/en/iframe-embed-blocking
