Q: Does using it on a domain mean being able to use it on any number of subdomains?

I have multiple websites on the same domain, each with a different subdomain... and I would like to use the same point of contact... So... I want to ask if plan 1 would be enough for that. Thanks

A: Hello,

Yes, as long as you only need buttons to show up on 1 domain, regardless of amount of subdomains, 1 plan is sufficient as we don't limit the number of buttons you can create in a single workspace, only the domains that they'll actually display on.

Q: Central Dashboard for all

Hi there,

1. if I choose to go for Tier 5, does that include a central hub to manage all websites-channels?
2. And if so, would that hub be CNAME "xyz.mydomain" for example or "mydomain.com"?
3. And will it be completely white-label for branding, emails with SMTP, notifications, etc..?

1) While you're not able to see everything via one central page, you are able to switch between all your workspaces/domains via a url selector that becomes visible when you have 2 or more URLs under the same login

A: Hi Thomas,

We don't have Open AI integrations yet. We'll be adding a basic AI Chat bot in the near future. For that, we'll likely allow you to bring your own Open AI api key.

At this point, we're not that similar to Manychat as they're more of an omni-channel inbox for messaging apps. Our social links are more designed to get the conversation started, but not to automate or centralize them....

A: Hi Dewayne, The Contact Form update is very close to being ready. After that, Pages is next on the roadmap along with several small user requests around updating button designs (smaller/square layout).

In, Q1 we'll pick up Chat Agent feature and finish most of the popups we have listed.

A: Hi Thomas,

There aren't any direct integrations with CRMs yet, but pushing leads automatically into the large ones is on roadmap for early next year.

However, if you're familiar with using webhooks, you can already push form submissions to a tool like Zapier using the webhook field in the Contact Form app. - Pete
