Q: 1) Is this intended as a collaborative mind mapping tool?
2) Does Tier 1 allow for multiple users or just one user? I guess I don’t understand the meaning of an internal user and what this allows.
3) Is there a way to have multiple mindmaps in one workspace but only allow users access to specific mindmaps?
4) Does it provide a communication tool where users can add comments or reply to each other along with email notifications?
5) Can this be used for diagramming branching scenarios with tools similar to Lucidchart.

We are considering making the collaborative feature into the future (meaning real live collaboration). However at this time what you can do is add either internal users or add users to workspaces (internal users get the same tier and features as you, and workspace users have access to your workspace and folders). You can have multiple mindmaps in one workspace and you decide which workspaces they have access to. Currently there is no messaging feature in ContextMinds.
Yes it can be used for diagramming like in Lucidchart if this is what you mean.
