Q: AI-Assisted Map Generation?
It used to work well for generating new mind maps using prompts or AI, but now it only starts from scratch, which isn’t helpful. Please advise why it’s no longer working with prompts or AI.
Martina_ContextMindsHi, to generate a map from text or a prompt, go to dashboard (a list of all maps) and click on "+ new map" and select one of the 3 options.

NO, it's not working. The site chat is also not offering any answer/solutions. Is there any support email address I can use to communicate? Whenever I try to use an AI prompt, it keeps saying "Generating MAP," and then at the end, it says, "A valid map was not generated. Please try again or change the description." No matter what description I try, even the simplest ones, I get the same result.
