Q: Users and Workspaces
I am thinking of getting tier 5 but have some questions as to the separation of the workspaces and users.
I understand there is no collaboration of users and do hope this gets added as it would greatly improve the platform. But, if I get tier 5, when I give access to a user, do they have access to every workspace? Or, can I assign the workspaces they have access to?
I don't want the users I give access to have carte blanche access to everything.
Also, what is the ETC for collaboration so teams can work on a project together?
Thanks

First, collaboration is already possible: if you give someone else edit access to a map, they can edit it as well, you just don't see edits in real-time - if they save a new version, you can refresh page and view it and vice versa. See https://contextminds.tawk.help/article/multiuser-collaboration
We hope to enable real-time collaboration this year.
Regarding giving access to a user:
You can give them access to a workspace, or just some folders in a workspace (see https://contextminds.tawk.help/article/how-to-add-a-new-member-to-a-workspace-team and related articles).
Another thing is adding an internal user - those get access to the features on your plan, but do not get access to any content, unless you give them access to a workspace or a single map.
