Q: Any upgrade path from buying 1 code now to 2+ codes for the same prices in the future?
This is another product where the option to start with 1 code then upgrade to 2-3+ later if/when needed would be helpful, especially for newer businesses and those buying apps for possible future use. I'd rather not pay $207 now or be stuck with 1 code vs. 2+ for much higher prices if/when the time comes that I need more of everything plus Premium Plan and these integrations: Twilio, Ringcentral, Docusign, QuickBooks Online.
Hi Sumo-ling! Thanks for your interest in ConvergeHub. There is no option to buy 1-code now and upgrade later after this LTD ends. If you buy the 3-code now, you can lock-in the option to upgrade all users of your account to Premium plan any time in future by purchasing 1 additional user at $49 per month. Best, Shampa
Hi! The upgrade price has shown $45 a month on the deal - not $49. By the way, I LOVE ConvergeHub and I plan on upgrading when I get a new employee! THANKS to your team
Thanks for the correction BJ_jones, I should have been more specific. You are right, it is $45 per user per month paid annually, and $49 paid quarterly.
Glad you love ConvergeHub, it is comments from users like you that keep us motivated. Would love to follow you success on ConvergeHub.
Best, Shampa
Q: Few more questions...
Just read this pinned post:
"For 3-code customers, we are changing the option to add more users for $45 per user per month from the AppSumo Plan to the Premium Plan. This means that if you have purchased the 3-code AppSumo Plan and need more than 4 users, you can purchase additional user(s) at $45 per user per month and your account will be upgraded to Premium Plan with unlimited everything (Leads, Accounts, Deals,.. etc.)!!"
Does this mean that all 3-code purchases ARE the unlimited Premium plan? Or do we have to buy at least 1 extra user at $45/month to upgrade all users within the account to the Premium plan?
I don't have plans to expand the number of users beyond myself (except maybe my fiancé), but I have a bunch of different emails I use for specific segmented lists. I also have different emails for different functions, such as corresponding with clients, billing, receiving e-newsletters, etc. The email I signed up with will not be used to send campaigns/emails except to correspond with ConvergeHub if I have a support question.
Can I use different emails addresses to send campaigns? Does ConvergeHub track which email a campaign was sent from?
Do all of my emails count as 1 user? If not, I’ll be very panicked as I cannot do $45/mo for each of my emails. As I’m just “starting” an online business and it may take some time to pull all the pieces together, I can’t risk paying for any subscriptions with funds I currently don’t have.
The demo video did not show this, but this is really important: When tracking the number of clicks and opens from emails or campaigns, does ConvergeHub list all leads/contacts/accounts/targets that opened them and which link(s) they clicked? This helps to analyze the success of the email/campaign with better detail to improve the messaging and targeting, and how/where to target automated actions.
• Although this does not apply to me yet, it is a pain point for many commenters who have lots of users that there is a $45/mo/user fee. That can get very price prohibitive. Wondering if sales team members can be added at no cost with certain limited access (i.e. make changes to info on leads/contacts and task progress) and have “users” be more for global administrative access.
• It appears ConvergeHub must be supplemented with something like Ruzuku, Udemy, or other online learning software. I’m wondering if ConvergeHub has plans to run online learning features within its system with ability to host live and evergreen webinars, provide quizzes with badges and certificates for completion, where students can talk with each other and with the teacher, and all the best features of other online learning software. I read ConvergeHub’s target market is limite, but online training can help boost sales by reps or lead customers to make purchases. ConvergeHub can expand their market to online trainers, which is on track to being a $325B industry by 2025. https://www.forbes.com/sites/tjmccue/2018/07/31/e-learning-climbing-to-325-billion-by-2025-uf-canvas-absorb-schoology-moodle/#25d5431a3b39
• Would be great to sell products within the system like Shopify, without additional costs. Got plans for this?
• And, in order to sell multiple courses or other products/services, a membership area would be super (also without additional costs)! Got plans for this?
• I’m wondering how good ConvergeHub’s export features are, that there is a global downloadable backup in a single click, not just isolated to whatever page you are on. I admit I’m a bit paranoid of web-based or cloud-based software. I want to ensure I have comprehensive downloadable files on ALL data (including contacts, correspondence, tasks, sales records, analytics, etc.) and have it be easily uploaded to another platform in case of emergency.
• I’m concerned about what is counted as a campaign and the limit of 10 per month. A typical pre-launch, launch, and post-launch series for an online product can easily be more than 10 within 2 weeks. Not happy to pay for "addons," but is there a way to expand the number of campaigns? What are the costs if any?
• What counts as a 5000 email/month limit and how does that affect sending emails via campaigns with 10k each in Leads, Accounts, Contacts, and Targets?
• Sales said that response time for support questions is generally 4 hours. That’s better than “24 to 72 hours” from other companies. Live chat or audible phone support would be even better.
• The UI is workable. I hope the anticipated UI will change for the better . The easier ConvergeHub is to use, the more time can be used for serving the community.
Would greatly appreciate clarification or goals on all these items.
Thanks for creating ConvergeHub! I look forward to seeing how it grows throughout the world. :) Jodi
I submitted a Comment (info1366 "Great System to Get Business Flowing and Growing!" w/ 5 tacos for my 3-code purchase), but due to character count limits, I had to posts items here as to my "initial list of potential concerns, key features that many not yet be in the system, and other unknowns I have yet to explore or find that are on the top of my mind." Would love clarification from ConvergeHub.
• I’d like a one-payment option for Premium unlimited services from our AppSumo purchase. Addons add up to be pricey, and may end up costing more than paying for the Premium subscription. Subscription models can get risky if products/services are not selling as expected.
• Third party integrations are useful, but they have their own costs that can add up, which can make a business expensive to maintain. I hope such features become native to ConvergeHub and run as good as or better than the 3rd party services.
• Wondering if upsells/downsells/cross-sells funnels can be done from lead pages in ConvergeHub. I’ve been looking for a less expensive alternative to systems such as ClickFunnels and LeadPages. I’m hoping ConvergeHub will be the winner!
• It appears the differentiation between leads, contacts, accounts, contacts, and targets (collectively “categories”) is duplicative, confusing, and may cause inconsistencies, though it may help to get around the painful 10,000 limit. A tutorial suggests that the categories are manually designated. It makes sense that categories be automated based on behavior with notice to users if there is a category switch, maintaining an option to adjust manually. For example, if someone was on your list but then buys something, either that contact should be automatically added to a customer/buyer list. Even better to consolidate all information together, have a single page for each contact that consolidates all category info with a tag that says “Buyer” (or something to that effect), listing items purchased as tags that can segment the list. The tags can link to pages that have more details about purchases etc. This appears to be in the “Accounts” module according to https://www.convergehub.com/sumoling. In this case, it would make sense to take the combined limits of 10k each for leads, contacts, contacts, and targets and add to “Accounts” to have a limit of at least 40,000 or 50,000 for the “3 code” option.
• ConvergeHub does not yet integrate with Authorize.net. I have a much lower transaction rate for bulk projected sales than Paypal or other payment gateways. But a salesperson stated that it will be integrated in October 2020. Great! Concerned that there may be a fee to use the integration.
• I’d like to be able to run contests between Affiliates for who can get the most sales. Can ConvergeHub do that? I have yet to see where to track progress between partners/Affiliates.
Q: 1.
Is it possible to setup a 2-way sync with Outlook calendar?
2. Can it be configured to automatically import Facebook Ad leads (eg user submits their details in a FB lead ad) in to ConvergeHub?
