I purchased this with one email, but later needed to change the email. This is pretty normal with apps that have logins. So, I login and go to change, but it won't let you. So, I start a chat and ask for help...
I couldn't believe it, but they simply refuse to do it. The function isn't built in and they outright refused to change it.
When I questioned why they would not allow this and why it really needs to be available... I just got rude treatment and ZERO answers.
So... if you NEVER change your email... then go for it... but if you even MIGHT need to... then just skip this so you don't waste your money.
Feature to change password is included. But it didn't work for a week, because we were attacked by users with non-valid emails. So our mail server got a big bounce rate. We already fixed this issue.
most of its finding are "correlation != causation". not really much of a help.
there are tools out there that actually get this right, i don't want to name names here but do your own research. (most of them are super expensive, one is cheap)

If you re-read my comment, it had nothing to do with passwords, but your company's lack of ability and willingness to change a user login email.
The problem is solved now.

There is no feature to add users now. Amount of users means how many people can login to the tools at the same time.
