I am not seeing any activity in the Facebook group. The tool makers rarely post. I did some posts in the group but only the first one was accepted because at that time, the group was little bit active. But after that, none of my posts were accepted and I am not seeing any users post from last few months. I feel that the starting of the tool was amazing but now the quality is dropping. I still hope that they will focus on improving the tool someday.

It's really sad to hear it. The have already stopped all their way of communication including their fb page, fb community group and emails. And logically we are not supposed to pay more if a lifetime deal holder. So asking to pay a ltd user is against ltd rules.
