I love Cubicl, but I am still learning how to use it. But it has a game changer. I've been trying to get the team to use software, and this is the first one everyone uses.
I feel more organized; everyone knows what's next.
Fewer meetings, but the ones we have are more productive.
I love the workflows.
Still learning, but for sure will keep using it.

The only thing that for now is bugging me, because of the time it takes is the emails that come in cubbicl that are not supposed to be a task, and I have to delete them one by one, the same for the clients.
And still have to learn more about the clients portal, that seems to have great features.

I have been using it for a few months for our company, SEO agency linkbuildingmarketing.nl. A very user-friendly software. The price-quality ratio is really great!

I found this software to be very good for managing a lot of tasks, the main difference between it and the others softweres is the possibility to divide the project into tasks and sub-tasks.
for example:
The big project = for example building a website for a client
-> The big task to perform = for example to collect materials from the client
-> What does the big task include = for example images or content
-> What does the sub-task include = for example photos would be: image photos, atmosphere photos, etc

I liked it a lot, I upgraded to Tier 2 in the hope that the business will grow.

What is missing that I would like to see?
- A "blank page" option under the client for general notes not related to tasks.
- Setting a time, starting work, general work on the client - not under a certain task.
- Phone app

Hope there will be more developments in the future, looks promising!

Looked over several task management software for a team I work with. Cubicl was the easiest for other to use. Bought a work license and had everyone in my family by a license for their home office endeavors.

I had to refund for 2 reasons:

1. We entered (imported with cvs) incorrectly more than 50 customers in the database and there was no possibility to delete them all together at once. In order to delete them we had to perform the action one by one, on average 2-3+ minutes per customer.

2. When sending an email through Cubicl we found a message under our signature that was advertising Cubucl.

Otherwise the software is easy and intuitive to use. They have really fast support!
